The location is unmatched for anyone visiting

The European Quarter, with easy metro access and quiet surroundings. The suite was spacious, nicely decorated, and had a fully equipped kitchen. The soundproofing could be better, as I overheard conversations from the adjacent room.

The venue is spacious and fairly clean with a reasonable value and exceptionally kind staff. Great location of the hotel, short walk to supermarket, market place, parliament-. Fancy & spotless room, fast WiFi, a kitchenette area, and a sofa in there. A great selection of options, tasty food...

Rooms were fancy and practical!

the location was good and beautiful: a market and a convenience shop were within walking distance. just a 10-minute walk away there was maelbeek tube station.

I enjoyed a spacious room that felt more like a small apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen perfect for my needs. The excellent wifi and two working tables. The accessible metro options made exploring easy and convenient!

Room had enough space to feel very comfortable. Reservation of parking place did work properly. Reception desk was occupied, when we arrived at the agreed time.

The service charge of 15 eur for the limited breakfast which is brought to the room seems to be expensive, even if smaller changes to the fixed set could be made. There was no room service on Whit Monday. Wlan only in the lobby (lan was available in the room for free).

The area is great with the historical center and European Institutions at walking distance. Close to public transport and with good bars and restaurants in the area. The hotel is in a nicely renovated Brussels- style building from xix/xx century. The atmosphere and staff are excellent, very polite and accommodating. I have even received a nice tour of the building.

My room was on the -1 floor so a bit dark, but it was oriented to the garden which made it ok

The spacious living area with a kitchenette made our stay comfortable and convenient.

The noise from neighboring rooms could be quite disruptive, especially during the night.

Electronic blinders were tricky to operate.

cosy design hotel, not overpriced, good value for money, nice staff!

This place is close to city center (about 1.5 km walk) with metro station nearby. Car parking was not a problem either.Good place to stay with family and friends. No disturbance of any kind. Our 3 yr old daughter enjoyed the most since there was plenty of free space to move around inside the appartment.

Big comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchenette.

Aged bathroom features with chipped paint and worn steps. Bed reminded me of just a box spring, lacking comfort for a 'luxury' claim. Limited luggage stands and some wiring in the room looked untidy.

It was a good stay in the hotel. The only difficult I encountered was that I did not find the hotel easily from the street, as different from other hotels, it does not have an obvious sign. However, no problem for people who already stayed. And it worth to stay at the same place if we will have another EU meeting.

close to European Institutions and also not too far from centre; excellent and friendly staff

breakfast served in the room only (only if requested), a bit on the expensive side at € 15.-

The spacious executive suite was fantastic, with a kitchenette. The staff was attentive, supporting us with local tips and even helping with the remote system for the blinds! A lovely outdoor garden area added to the charm.

Spacious appartments with a well equipped little kitchen and a minibar. Free ans fast internet. Close to the Rue de la Loi and the European institutions, but neverthless quiet.
